How? Just how? I can barely inline standing up, but to even think about going down stairs backwards makes my head spin. Props to these guys for performing such a feat.

Kyle, it sounds absurd, but it is quite stable going down backwards. Only stairs with long treads and short risers work well. It is harder going forwards because you have to lean forward, when you are going backwards you can lean into the stair.
