“Down in Rodanthe NC I was looking for some place to longboard and the only hill I found was Kitty Hawk(where the Wright Brothers did their first flight). I was going pretty fast when I noticed the patch of sand. Did a good tuck and roll and cam out of the crash ok, just a few scrapes”

Yea it was a pretty easy fall, my leg had a good scrape though. Kiteboarding in the ocean was good for it though
